Net is a planning tool. It estimates the real price of a college offer and what the loans will cost. It does not replace the school's financial aid office or give financial or legal advice.
What Net is
Net reads the aid offers you add, sorts each line, and calculates the real price: cost of attendance minus grants and scholarships. It projects four years under the federal loan limits in its ruleset and estimates repayment from published formulas. Each number shows where it came from.
What Net is not
Net is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any college or the U.S. Department of Education. It cannot see your aid account, accept or decline aid, or change an award.
Estimates, not promises. Results depend on what the letters say, the lines you confirm, and assumptions about the future, including cost increases, grant renewal and interest rates. Your aid office determines your actual aid and costs.
Appeal letters are templates. They use neutral wording and your own numbers. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee any outcome.
Rules change
Loan limits and rates are those in effect for 2026–27, and updated rules arrive with app updates. The statute and your school's decisions govern, not the app.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking what you enter, confirming figures with the school before deciding, and the decisions you make.
Purchases
The unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold and refunded by Apple under the App Store's terms. Decoding your first offer and the sample remain free.
Liability
Net is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Ashvara is not liable for losses arising from reliance on its estimates.
