What does FormSign do?

FormSign lets you fill out and sign PDF documents right on your iPhone or iPad — leases, contracts, waivers, school and medical forms — and share the finished file. Everything happens on your device; nothing is ever uploaded.

How do I open a document?

Tap Import PDF to pick a file from Files, or Scan Paper to photograph a paper form and turn it into a PDF. You can also share a PDF into FormSign from Mail, Files, or another app using the share sheet, or tap Open Sample Form to try it out.

How do I fill in a form?

If the PDF has real form fields, FormSign highlights them — just tap one and type. For scanned or flat forms, tap anywhere on the page to drop a text box, checkmark, X-mark, or date, then drag to position and pinch or use the corner handle to resize. Use the Ink menu to set the color to black, blue, or red.

How do I sign?

Tap Sign, then draw your signature with a finger or Apple Pencil, or switch to Type to write it in a handwriting-style font. Your signature is saved for one-tap reuse on future documents. Tap Initials for a saved set of initials.

What is "Your Info"?

While typing on a document, a row of your saved details (name, email, phone…) appears above the keyboard — tap one to fill the field instantly. Save new ones with the + button, or manage them in Settings → Your Info. They're stored only on your device.

How do I finish and share?

Tap Finalize. FormSign flattens your entries and signature permanently into the PDF — no editable layers — then lets you Share Signed PDF by email, AirDrop, Messages, or Files, or Save as Images to Photos.

Do my documents get uploaded anywhere?

Never. FormSign has no servers and no account. Everything happens on your device — you can confirm it by using FormSign in airplane mode. See our Privacy Policy.

Is FormSign a certified e-signature service?

No. FormSign applies a visual signature mark, which is broadly accepted for everyday agreements under most e-signature laws. For documents that require a certified or notarized e-signature, use a certified service. This isn't legal advice.

How much does it cost?

Your first five finalized documents are free, with every feature included. After that, a single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited documents forever, on every device signed into your Apple Account. There is no subscription.
