Privacy Policy

The short version: FormSign fills and signs your PDF documents entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or store any of your data. No document ever leaves your iPhone or iPad, and no account is required.

Who we are

FormSign ("the app", "we", "us") is an iOS and iPadOS app that lets you fill out and sign PDF documents — leases, contracts, waivers, school and medical forms — and share the finished file yourself. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Data we collect

None. FormSign does not collect personal data. Specifically:

• We do not upload your documents, signatures, form entries, or any file data anywhere — everything stays on your device.
• We do not require an account, sign-in, or any personal information to use the app.
• We do not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.

You can verify this yourself: FormSign works fully in airplane mode.

Your documents and signatures

Documents you import or scan, the marks and signatures you add, and your saved signature and "Your Info" details are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. They are never sent to us or anyone else. A document leaves your device only if you explicitly share it — by email, AirDrop, Messages, or saving it to Files or Photos — using iOS's own share sheet. At that point it goes wherever you send it, under that service's terms, not ours.

Camera and Photos access

If you scan a paper form, FormSign asks permission to use your camera; the scan is turned into a PDF on your device and is never sent anywhere. If you choose "Save as Images to Photos", FormSign asks for add-only permission to save the finished pages to your photo library. FormSign does not read your existing photos.

Signatures are visual marks

FormSign applies a visual signature mark to your documents. This is broadly accepted for everyday agreements under most e-signature laws, but it is not a certified or notarized e-signature, and nothing in this app is legal advice. For documents that require a certified signature, use a certified service.

Purchases

FormSign is free for your first five finalized documents, with every feature included. A single optional one-time purchase unlocks unlimited documents. Purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.
