Privacy Policy

Quadrino collects nothing. There is no Quadrino account, no server, no tracking and no analytics. Your budget, your accounts and every transaction stay on your devices and, if you choose, in your own iCloud.
What we collect
Nothing. Quadrino has no servers and no account system. Your accounts, balances, categories, targets and transactions are stored in a database inside the app on your device, encrypted by iOS whenever the device is locked. They are never transmitted to us.
iCloud sync
If iCloud is on for Quadrino, your budget syncs between your own devices through your private iCloud database, which Apple operates under its own privacy policy. We cannot see it. You can turn sync off in Quadrino's Settings.
Bank statements
Quadrino does not connect to your bank and never asks for your banking passwords. If you import a statement file (CSV, OFX or CAMT.053), it is read on your device and only the transactions you confirm are kept. The file itself is not stored or uploaded.
Tracking & analytics
Quadrino does not track you. It contains no third-party analytics, advertising or attribution SDKs and collects no usage data or device identifiers.
What leaves the app, and only when you choose it
- CSV export. Settings → Export CSV creates a file you can share. Where it goes is your choice.
- Support email. If you email us, we see what you send us and nothing else.
Purchases
Quadrino Pro (monthly, yearly or lifetime) is processed by Apple. We never see your payment details; the app is told only whether Pro is active.
Face ID
If you turn on the lock, iOS checks your face or passcode on the device. Quadrino never receives biometric data.
Deletion
Delete any transaction, category or account in the app. Deleting the app removes the data on that device; to remove synced data, delete Quadrino's data in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
Children's privacy
Quadrino collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date above will change.
