Tally

Know your paycheck is right.

Tally keeps the one record you have never had: your own. It logs your shifts automatically as you arrive at and leave work, then compares them with the paystub you photograph on payday and shows, line by line, where the two disagree and which rule explains it. Every figure cites the statute behind it. It is deliberately cautious - anything it cannot settle becomes a question for you rather than a claim, and it never tells you a difference means wrongdoing. Everything stays on your phone, and there is no subscription.

Features

Everything Tally does well.

Logs itself

Arrivals and departures captured automatically - no timers, no punching in.

Shows its work

Every hour and every dollar cites the rule that produced it.

Asks, never assumes

What the record cannot settle becomes a question, not an accusation.

A record you can hand over

An evidence-grade PDF with full provenance and every citation.

The idea

Every time-tracking product on the market is sold to the employer and records what the employer wants recorded. When the employer's records are the only records, a worker has nothing to check them against. We built the one that belongs to the worker.

A look inside

See it in action.

FAQ

Good to know.

Is there a subscription?

No. Logging your hours and seeing the difference are free, always. One payment unlocks the PDF record, past pay periods, multiple workplaces and pattern history.

Is my data private?

Completely. Your shifts, workplace locations and paystubs stay on your device, and sync only to your own private iCloud. We operate no server and never see any of it.

Does it use much battery?

Very little. It uses geofences rather than continuous GPS, so it does nothing between arriving and leaving.

Is this legal advice?

No. Tally reports what your own record says and what published wage rules compute. Whether a difference reflects an error is not something the app decides - you do.

Ashvara designed and built Tally end to end.

We build native iOS apps like this one - from first sketch to the App Store. If you have a product in mind, we can ship it.
