Signet is the clipboard your front desk actually needs. Paste the release your attorney wrote - Signet never writes legal text - build the form from the fields you really use, and hand the iPad over. Guests read to the end, enter their details, add any children they're signing for, and sign with a finger. The record is sealed the moment they finish: the exact waiver text they saw, their answers, their signature, and the time it happened. Regulars find their name and check in; anyone whose waiver has lapsed or who signed an older version is walked back through signing. Every signature, check-in and void is stitched into a hash chain, so a later edit or deletion is detectable - and every exported PDF carries its own seal and position in that chain. No account, no cloud, no internet required, which also means the desk keeps working when the Wi-Fi doesn't.

Does it work offline?

What if the iPad breaks?
Back up to a single encrypted file and restore it onto a replacement device with the same owner PIN. The whole chain is verified before anything is imported.
Is Signet legal advice?
No. Signet keeps records; it is not a law firm. Whether your waiver is suitable and enforceable is between you and your attorney.
