Privacy Policy

PriceKey collects nothing. There is no account, no server, no tracking and no analytics. Your price list, your templates and every quote you make stay on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. PriceKey has no servers and no account system. Your services, prices, options, message templates and drafts are stored in a single database inside the app on your device, encrypted by iOS whenever the device is locked. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

The keyboard

The PriceKey keyboard never reads the text around it. It cannot see the conversation you are in, what you or the other person typed, or the contents of any field. It only inserts the quote you approved, when you tap Insert. It does not learn from your typing and contains no networking code.

The keyboard never asks for Allow Full Access. It reads a small, read-only copy of your price list that the PriceKey app publishes into a shared container on your device. That copy contains your services, prices and templates and nothing else. The keyboard writes only one number in its own private storage: how many of the free inserts you have used.

Tracking & analytics

PriceKey does not track you. It contains no third-party analytics, advertising or attribution SDKs, and collects no usage data or device identifiers. It makes no network requests of its own.

What leaves the app, and only when you choose it

• Inserted quotes. When you tap Insert, the text goes into whatever app you are typing in. Sending it is up to you and that app.
• Copy and Share. Quick Compose puts the quote on your clipboard or hands it to the iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there is your choice — we never see it.
• Diagnostics. The optional diagnostics export contains the app version, your device class, the configuration size and template identifiers. It never contains quote text, prices or customer names.
• Support email. If you email us, we see what you send us and nothing else.

Purchases

The PriceKey unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. PriceKey is told only whether the unlock has been bought. Please see Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles transactions.

Deletion

Deleting a service or template removes it immediately. Deleting the app erases everything, including the keyboard's copy of your price list. Because nothing is ever uploaded, there is no copy for anyone — including us — to retrieve or delete.

Children's privacy

PriceKey is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date above will change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
