Privacy Policy

FieldReport is designed to be private by default. Your inspection data stays in your own private iCloud — we never see it.

Data we collect

None. FieldReport does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data to us or any third party. There is no FieldReport account, no sign-up, and no analytics or tracking.

Where your data lives

• Inspections, findings, photos, templates, and your comment library are stored on your device and synced privately through your own iCloud account (Apple's CloudKit private database), so your data is available across your iPhone and iPad.
• This sync uses your personal iCloud only. FieldReport's developer has no access to your iCloud data — it is not collected by us.
• Reports you generate (PDFs) are created on-device and shared only when you choose to share or export them.
• FieldReport works fully offline; changes sync automatically once you're back online.

Photos

Photos you capture or attach are used solely to build your inspection reports. They are stored on your device and in your private iCloud; FieldReport's developer never receives them.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. FieldReport never sees your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Third parties

FieldReport contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
